3 Ingredient {Egg Free} Meatloaf #Recipe

This dish is so simple, and yet so flavourful.

Its one of my go to on those really busy nights because it’s super quick, and the whole family loves it. It’s also egg free – as long as the stuffing mix you use is egg free. I use Kraft’s Stove Top brand.

You can substitute the beef for ground pork, chicken, or turkey for a healthier option without sacrificing taste. I added my sauce to this recipe as well.

Cooking Tip: Cook this on a cookie sheet to cut back on cooking time. Just shape it to a loaf shape right on the cookie sheet.

I’m always looking for egg free recipes since I can’t eat eggs so this sounds great. I like the mustard addition in the topping!
