  1. Mix oats in milk (or water) together and set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. While the oats are soaking, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, eggs, berries, and butter in a separate bowl. Add the oat mixture and stir until well blended.
  3. Pour mixture into a well greased shallow baking pan and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Let cool in pan before cutting into bars.

The bars are done when the sides pull away from the edges.
