Meatloaf is a classic comfort food. And what’s not to love about a tender flavourful meatloaf? It’s quick, relatively easy, frugal, and the leftovers make for some amazing meatloaf sandwiches.
This meatloaf recipe one of my go-to on those really busy nights because it’s super easy to put together, and the whole family loves it. It’s also egg free – as long as the stuffing mix you use is egg free. I use Kraft’s Stove Top brand.
This easy meatloaf recipe is only 3 ingredients and sometimes referred to as ‘Stovetop Meatloaf’
If you’re looking for a for a healthy meatloaf option without sacrificing taste, you can substitute the beef for ground pork, chicken, or turkey.

- Mix the ingredients together well for a tender meatloaf that won’t crumble when you cut into it.
