One of my resolutions this year was to eat healthier. For my family this means learning easy recipes that have simple ingredients so we can eat less packaged stuff. I’ve been trying out no-bake homemade granola
bars for a couple weeks, and I finally mastered it. It’s all about finding that balance between wet and dry ingredients.
Another key thing I picked up while learning to make these was to use quick oats. Quick oats made the
granola bars have the perfect chewiness. Finding the perfect chewy texture was important because it’s what is familiar to our girls when they ate the prepackaged bars. Because these bars are no-bake and have such simple ingredients, it’s a great recipe to get your little ones in the kitchen with you!
