Quick and Easy Filled Bagel Bites

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Make the dough by combining the flour and yogurt in a bowl. It’s going to be a bit lumpy, that’s okay.
  3. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead until it’s well combined.
  4. Divide your dough in half. Roll half the dough into a snake-like shape. and flatten it so it’s about 1/2cm thick. Cut the dough into 1 1/2 inch sections.
  5. Take one little sections and place 1 of the cream cheese pieces in the middle. Or about 1tsp of the jam if that’s what you’re using. Form a tight ball around your filling.
  6. Repeat the last 2 steps for each section. And then repeat for the second half of your dough. 
  7. Place all dough balls on a lightly coloured baking sheet. Brush a bit of the beaten egg on the top and add any toppings you wish at this point.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes, or until the dough is fully cooked and the balls are lightly browned on top.
  9. Cool on the pan before placing in an air tight container to store in the fridge.
