First, cook your ground beef in a large skillet. Add salt and pepper to taste while it’s cooking. Once it’s cooked, drain and keep warm.
While the beef is cooking, add your chopped veggies to your bowl.
Next, add your pouch of taco seasoning to your bottle of Catalina dressing, and shake until it’s well combined. It helps to push the seasoning into the bottle with the handle of a fork.
This is the 2 ingredient taco flavoured dressing.
Then, add your warm beef to the bowl of veggies. Top with your 2 ingredient taco salad dressing. Toss with salad tongs and serve.
For an even quicker prep time, you can cook the ground beef a couple days ahead of time and store in the fridge until your ready to make the dish.
